My experience at the firm was this I came to the lawyer's office and spoke with a representative for about an hour and then when I left after giving him many documents he asked me to collect mail for 3 weeks I then proceeded with his asking attempted to contact him once that had elapsed and was met with the secretary explained to me that he was out of the office for a week and there was no one else that can handle my case a week goes by after that and he still refuses to handle my case at a timely manner and so I call and ca... read more
Unresponsive! I called twice, a week apart, and was promised someone would call me back. Never heard anything from anyone.
Mr Hauk returns my calls. He is generally interested in our questions and responds with wonderful advice. It is so nice to be acquainted with an attorney who truly cares.
Jeff O’Brien did amazing job for me in my divorce. He was super responsive. He listened to what was important to me and went about accomplishing that as efficiently as possible!!
