I just had my first visit with Claire at Hauck Hearing Centre yesterday. omg, Claire was very clear on explaining and demonstrating everything about my hearing aids. She was very through! I learned things yesterday about my 2 year old hearing aids that my previous supplier didn't tell me. Claire and her staff were very friendly and made you feel comfortable! I highly recommend them. I will definitely be returning to Hauck Hearing in the future. Thank you Claire and Staff.
I came in 20 minutes before my appointment and no one was there. Then the front desk lady came from the back door outside and asked how i got in, and turns out she forgot to lock the front door while everyone was on lunch.I booked my appointment specifically for a hearing test with an audiologist and was told by the front desk lady that they had one over the phone. I was told there isn’t one after being there for half an hour and got moved to a clinic in Wetaskwin by the practitioner.
