I came in 20 minutes before my appointment and no one was there. Then the front desk lady came from the back door outside and asked how i got in, and turns out she forgot to lock the front door while everyone was on lunch.I booked my appointment specifically for a hearing test with an audiologist and was told by the front desk lady that they had one over the phone. I was told there isn’t one after being there for half an hour and got moved to a clinic in Wetaskwin by the practitioner.

Hauck hearing is a very welcoming place, you are greeted with a smile and treated with the up most professionalism. the equipment is impressive and you feel very comfortable during your visit. highly recommended!
Need maintenance on my hearing aids and Claire is giving me loners to use while they are being repaired. The Unitron hearing aids are very good!
