Mr. Drew is great. I got my bike from there about 4 years ago. Just had repair with same day service. Great service.
Great Bicycle Shop!!! Have not ridden a bike for a long time, and was wanting to get back into it. Got with Drew and he really helped me find the right bike and fit for me (Trek 8.6DS). Ordered and assembled within one week, and he installed custom accessories for free! So happy I went to this bike shop...Drew Knows Bikes. Highly recommended +++++
Sorry, but I cannot recommend this place. Went to try to exchange part on my full carbon, full suspension trek mountain bike. Price quoted was way too high. Then, I was told to wash my bike before bringing it into his shop. It was not dirty at all for a mtn bike and I was shocked at the comment. However, I am giving another star since the staff member helped talk me through traffic to find the shop.
