There have been a lot of quilt shops closing in the last couple of years in the Spokane area so I am very happy that Hattie's is here. They carry a great range of fabric, I especially like the modern fabrics they carry. The owner's have a great eye for new designs and fabrics that I don't find in some of the other shops in town and the samples they have around the shop are outstanding. They have always been very helpful. We have to support our local businesses so that we don't lose them!
The owner of this shop is a total jerk! It is amazing they are still open with the way the owner chooses who he will be decent to. He is mean and haggard! Don't shop there, go somewhere else where you are appreciated as a customer and a human being
I just went to Hattie's a week ago while on a shop-hop with the Fat Quarter Quilters from Deer Park. What a wonderful shop...! This couple welcomes you in as good friends. It was a pleasure to shop there and they have a wonderful selection of everything! I will go back any chance I get to shop the Spokane Valley.
Hattie's Quilt Shop has been open for several months now and is going strong. I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. They have a beautiful selection of fabrics and more coming in everyday. The owners allow the use of their classroom for open sewing and the experience is one of the best that I have had. Friendliness is at the top of the list with this little shop. Check it out!
Lovely New Shop for Fabric – I recently discovered this little gem of a shop with some girlfriends when we were out to lunch. Right away when we walked in, a gentleman greeted us. (a gentleman, I know!) He was friendly and helpful. As was his co-worker, as we piled the fabric up on the cutting counter, she encouraged us to enjoy some chocolate and a seat at the "bar".
