As my mum has worked there for over a decade, Hatt House has been a very familiar place to me. Throughout the years that i have visited Hatt House, I have only been approached with friendliness and staff treat me as if their own family.
After leaving my previous role as 10 years in managing a service I was a little reticent about applying at Hatt house as I felt nothing could match up to my previous role. I am delighted to say that this is not the case - what an amazing caring team and company! The care delivered is excellent, the food served is amazing, the owners cannot do enough to support me as the manager or the team. The place has rapidly gone downhill since a new manager has taken over
Such a homely place. Rooms are spotless and residents very well looked after. All carers are friendly and do an amazing job of looking after everyone. Residents seem happy and relaxed. There's activities and singers come in to entertain residents. The choice of food is first class and enjoyed by all. Safe happy caring environment.
