Absolutely great experience ♥️ We tried about 20 sun hats on my mom and found a perfect one that she was really happy with.
Google Review: 1 Star We had a very disappointing experience at Hats Unlimited today. Upon walking in, we weren’t greeted at all — not even a glance from the employee working. When we asked a simple question about the hats, she acted visibly annoyed, as if we were bothering her. Then, during checkout, she didn’t say a single word. Sad experience as we walked in and were the only ones with no greeting. Instead the employee decides to talk to another one while completely ignoring us. We were seriously there for purchase but I could not with that level of customer service. Just saying hi will make a big difference and it seems like they let money walk out the door. Will give another chance if there are different employees
Went into store today 4/17 around 10:30 and found hat I wanted to buy for around $52 but spent 10 minutes trying to find size, I guess salesclerk was gone for breakfast.
