Sad experience as we walked in and were the only ones with no greeting. Instead the employee decides to talk to another one while completely ignoring us. We were seriously there for purchase but I could not with that level of customer service. Just saying hi will make a big difference and it seems like they let money walk out the door. Will give another chance if there are different employees
Went into store today 4/17 around 10:30 and found hat I wanted to buy for around $52 but spent 10 minutes trying to find size, I guess salesclerk was gone for breakfast.

Didn't have the thing I was looking for but I bought a hat. Their return policy is crud and the sales person wasn't the nicest but they do have a great selection unless you're looking for a cowboy hat...
