Called in the same day they created a great sweatshirt for my husband and I to wear to support our granddaughter in volleyball they had it done in just a couple hours I was so grateful for them I read them a 5 out of 5
Never returned any of my calls or e mails. The store however was nice. Service non existent
Place is not worth ordering from. I thought I selected to ship to home instead of store pickup, and when I expressed my concern with this I had zero communication back from management until I posted a previous review- to which then they decided to discuss it. I ordered my bag in November and it’s yet to come. I’d choose somewhere else to order from strictly from a standpoint of reliability
Sent email week ago to get estimate for sevices, called 3 times - no response, no estimate, no nothing. We are local Lynden business, wanted to work with local business, but now we will switch back to Best of Signs. Not recommending to waste time waiting for an estimate - you will never get it.
We’ve used Hats Off to make various different clothing items with our company’s logo. They’ve always done an amazing job, finish in the expected timeframe, and make sure everything is just right. Not to mention the products hold up to the tough and messy work of our industry.
