Just visited the Fells Point location which is unfortunately closing. J helped us and let me just say that her professionalism was top notch her knowledge of hats was incredible and her service was even better than her knowledge. Thank you J!
I tried this $200 hat on in the store it was tight but I didn’t think it was too tight. Once I got home from the store I realized it was a little too tight as it left a line on my forehead. When I went the following weekend to exchange the hat for the next size up the sales person informed me that even though it is in perfect condition and all I wanted was to exchange it for the next size up I couldn’t because I “ wore it out“. Lots of hats! Service wasn’t the best - the attendant seemed disinterested but she was knowledgeable.
First, I'll say to those which received "glaring" customer service, a sincere congratulations! I only wish it were my experience... I ordered an Alfonso D'Este "Newsboy" cap for my wife. It was deeply discounted, an absolute bargain price. My wife has a small head, so we typically prefer to shop abroad for our preferred brands and styles.
