Hats Hats Galore I am one of those guys that feels that the society of hats was a much classier way to go out on the town. This place has all sorts of hats for both men and women, all sizes. I am pleased with the products and the service there...one time they didn't have one in stock, so the cashier went to the phone to the other Baltimore store and asked if I wanted it shipped there. They arranged for me to pick up the hat there and all was well!
I received my hat and it looked exactly like the advertised picture but the back of the hat has a bad default . The stitching looks like a train wreck , the tracks don't match. I called the customer service line and was told ,that is inherent to the manufacturing process. I thought I had ordered a quality hat? The hat is a Belfry Dax- Packable Toyo Braid Fedora , SKU:49068 , Tan. Bad deal , 1.5 Star
I have purchased from Hats in the Belfry before and I still love it. Wife purchased a hat this weekend even though we were treated poorly. No one, repeat no one was in the store at the time. If face wife was up front and I was in the back no one within 20 feet of me except wife and a lady behind the counter. I pulled my mask down just so I could look in the mirror as I tried on a hat. seconds later, "PLEASE PUT ON YOUR MASK" wife told the lady he just wanted to see what he looked like. talk about a five second rule. welll, w... read more
