I received my hat and it looked exactly like the advertised picture but the back of the hat has a bad default . The stitching looks like a train wreck , the tracks don't match. I called the customer service line and was told ,that is inherent to the manufacturing process. I thought I had ordered a quality hat? The hat is a Belfry Dax- Packable Toyo Braid Fedora , SKU:49068 , Tan. Bad deal , 1.5 Star
I have purchased from Hats in the Belfry before and I still love it. Wife purchased a hat this weekend even though we were treated poorly. No one, repeat no one was in the store at the time. If face wife was up front and I was in the back no one within 20 feet of me except wife and a lady behind the counter.
