I have been a loyal customer of Hathaways since 1988 when they did my very first conveyancy on a property (they were Osterman Mitchell then) and I’ve never gone anywhere else and recommended them to others. They changed to Hathaways and I stayed with them as they had the personal touch and didn’t take your eyes out for small requests. Rang up and asked is Shaun was available to get a response from a trainee that he retired dug futhrt into my contacts rang hue and he told me he has not retired used hatherways for years when Shaun was there my recommendation is to use Meikles solicitors if you need Shaun if I could give 0 star I would
A firm that cannot keep its books in order.. My son was denied legal aid denied a payment plan, so therefore had to pay upfront everytime they represented us, now the case is over by a good while they have billed him for over another 2k
Awful experience. Got appointments same same to sign papers for marriage abroad paid for signatures . A problem occurred with our forms and solicitor ignored all our calls for 6 weeks. Infact still hasnt replied to me. Called office 4 times a day of course she was never. Heres a tip take ya money else were. Customer service appalling
