We had a mattress delivered today by Kieren and Owen. They were excellent and very competent in removing an old mattress and delivering the new one whilst maintaining a very pleasant attitude.
We have always purchased our furniture from here for many years. Walked in, and for the first time we felt it looked very drab and dated. Sunday afternoon and only one staff member around, felt pressured and couldn't answer a question, I would have expected the staff member to take my details and get back to me. I thought the delivery charge of £80 was extremely high. I was offered £50 discount on an item just over £1500, didn't tempt me. I visited the shop on Sunday 22nd June - A great selection of furniture, and we found a sideboard which matched what we were looking for. The staff member (I didn't catch his name) gave us excellent customer service and went above and beyond to help us, very impressed.
