My mother spent the last year's of her life in Hatfield Lodge where she received superb care and affection from the management and staff, I could not have wished for more for my mum.
Absolutely awful place ....
I am not so sure where to report it hence I am writing here. On 23/06/23 , I walked passed this nursing home just after 6 am . Windows were open and an elderly lady was shouting as "Help me , help me " and she screamed as well...It was horrifying to hear and I thought she may have been hurt so I decided to knock on the door but stairs were blocked due to repairs and there were no way I can access to anyone. Amazing home, residents always happy and clean. Outstanding hygiene. Outstanding staff willing to do anything for the residents nothing is to much. The best home my family member has been at.
