Buffoonery, (August 10, 2019) believed I had ordered a hat, you know add to cart, credit card, paid waiting.....got a happy email a couple days later "your order is being processed" then a couple of days later (nothing on a truck) I was informed that my SPECIAL ORDER hat was being built at the factory and I could expect delivery sometime in October. Immediately canceled the order and just received my refund
Iâm disappointed of this company I order 2 hats 1 first time I order Stetson hat silver gray x6 rancher they send me a black hat with out the fleather in the side they dint answer my call into the 5 day my girlfriend dint have the hat on time for her event 2 time same thing I Order same hat but the system change it to black when I pay I call them they told me the they going send me the silvergray hat but my hat arrived and is black Iâm living to Mexico and I have to take the black hat because this company does care of t... read more
