I returned the Formex snap coop (900$) on 4/12 via Fedex at my expense and still have not received my refund. I did not receive correspondence related to my return. I have sent emails and left messages. Buyer beware, not a good company to do business with.

Their exchange or return policy is completely a rip off, be aware of shady business! Make sure you get your items right otherwise its a lot headache.
It works great came out of the box and easy to set up and it hatched a lot of eggs all ready and more to go I'm thinking about getting a nother one it works so well
