What an extremely disappointing experience with this company. We spent thousands of dollars on a brand new table, our first big investment piece to our home, and after first use, while using placements and coasters, there were horrible scratches. We contacted them directly after this first use, with the Managing Director saying there was nothing they can do as it happened in our home. Completely trying to avoid any fault.
