I would highly recommend Hatch Home for their service and their furniture. I bought a dining table from them and after using the table for 18 months, I noticed a split in the wood. Hatch replaced the table and went out of their way to ensure that the new one was perfect for my space. Thank you, Laura and Simone.

Purchased the most beautiful dining table and buffet from the Bunbury store, have gotten so many compliments on it by everyone that comes to my house. The customer service here is amazing, such friendly and helpful staff that really go above and beyond to help you, even after your purchase if you need anything. Simone from the Bunbury store has been such great help with getting me the perfect table, she really did go above and beyond. Highly recommend this store, such lovely staff and really beautiful furniture!
Amazing experience buying our new couch. We were on the hunt for a Australian made quality couch & Hatch had great options of Aussie made or import. Was also super important that it was OEKO- TEX standard 100 which this one had specifically in the fabric. Simone was amazing, she made the whole purchase experience so comfortable, stress free and informative. We will definitely be back when we need some more furniture!!
