Unfortunately they are going out of business but they have great sales going on now.
I am still fighting with Hatch to replace our FlexSteel set - the leather is turning red!! They will not back their own furniture. The sales rep said, Oh yes if you have any problems we will replace the furniture. They want to replace the pieces of leather that are turning red. Eventually they will have to replace the whole set with new leather. We have bought thousand of dollars of furniture from them in the past. I am VERY DISAPPOINTED in how they are handling ""replacing our furniture"!!!
The delivery went better than imagined. They were on time, moved my old furniture downstairs and even waited for me to clean behind it before moving the new stuff in. They were very respectful of my animals as well as great with my kids! Picking out the furniture and the order process all went great. I would recommend!
