1st off: I'm former cannabis industry . 2nd,I'm a hospitality veteran of 30+ years. Tanner " gets it". While I rarely show it,I'm always in secret shopper mode. He clicked all the boxes. He gave great recommendations ( which I bought),and was quick and thorough with my medical/ customer registration. I would hire him in a heartbeat, and recommend Hatch for all your cannabis needs.
