I had to downgrade my phone due to some financial problems. I went into the store and these guys were awesome. They gave me a fair price for the sale of my phone and worked a good deal on another phone. Unfortunately the phone that I got had a couple bugs that affected the performance of the phone. I went in there today to see what my options were with the phone and these guys stepped up to the plate and offered to take the phone back and set me up with another one. Great selection of phone cases, amazing with phone repairs. And the best part it’s all for the right price. Paul has your back!… Want a laptop he’s got you there as well. They even have a great IT Tech repair guy in there now as well. Need a little extra cash, because you’re in a tight spot go see Hat Phone. He will gladly help and hook you up. I ever have a problem with my phones or laptops. I go to these two gentle men all the time.
Paul helped us today with upgrading the phone even uploading the pictures to a laptop and reloading onto the new phone. Helping create a new id's. I am not very technology inclined. He truly was so kind patient and courteous. I highly recommend coming here for a phone or help with your devices!
Reached to see if they would be interested in my iPad. They said yes and gave me a quote. I asked if the next day worked for them and got no response. Went to there location the next day following Google s hours of operation as I couldn’t find anything on website or Facebook that was different. Store was closed, called the number and nothing.
