I had to downgrade my phone due to some financial problems. I went into the store and these guys were awesome. They gave me a fair price for the sale of my phone and worked a good deal on another phone. Unfortunately the phone that I got had a couple bugs that affected the performance of the phone. My phone was seriously hacked recently. I spent hours at the bank & with authorities. It was a nightmare! But I spent the most time (20+ hours) with the staff at Hat Phones, specifically Kirsten Jensen. He was phenomenally helpful, patient & professional. Amazing customer service , Paul is a cool guy, very informative and helpful. While my phone was being fixed we had a good chat he taught me some cool things about phones! Highly recommend

I got my iPhone 14 plus back glass fixed from Paul at Hat Phones and the experience was excellent. The repair was gone quickly and installed original apple back glass with logo. Price was way cheaper then what Apple quoted me. Would definitely recommend.
