I had to downgrade my phone due to some financial problems. I went into the store and these guys were awesome. They gave me a fair price for the sale of my phone and worked a good deal on another phone. Unfortunately the phone that I got had a couple bugs that affected the performance of the phone. I went in there today to see what my options were with the phone and these guys stepped up to the plate and offered to take the phone back and set me up with another one. This place is AMAZING, I bought a phone and he’s genuinely so friendly and helped me so much as someone who doesn’t know much about phones and specs and stuff like that. Won’t ever go somewhere else for anything ! Thank you so much inder for helping me today, will come back for laptop as well
My phone was seriously hacked recently. I spent hours at the bank & with authorities. It was a nightmare! But I spent the most time (20+ hours) with the staff at Hat Phones, specifically Kirsten Jensen. He was phenomenally helpful, patient & professional. If you’re having phone issues or in the market for a new or used phone, I can’t recommend Hat Phones enough! Downtown Medicine Hat 516 3rd St.
Amazing customer service , Paul is a cool guy, very informative and helpful. While my phone was being fixed we had a good chat he taught me some cool things about phones! Highly recommend
I want to hope my experience was a one off experience. I showed up looking for a screen protector for the guy to tell me he won’t sell me anything until the manager gets in at 12. It was 11 I believe when I popped in. Because of that and arguing with me as to why he can’t sell the screen protector, he and you lost a sale. Hopefully this isn’t the general experience, and hopefully you guys review your sale policy. If the stores open, it should be ready to make sales
