Paul helped us today with upgrading the phone even uploading the pictures to a laptop and reloading onto the new phone. Helping create a new id's. I am not very technology inclined. He truly was so kind patient and courteous. I highly recommend coming here for a phone or help with your devices!
I got my iPhone 14 plus back glass fixed from Paul at Hat Phones and the experience was excellent. The repair was gone quickly and installed original apple back glass with logo. Price was way cheaper then what Apple quoted me. Would definitely recommend.
Reached to see if they would be interested in my iPad. They said yes and gave me a quote. I asked if the next day worked for them and got no response. Went to there location the next day following Google s hours of operation as I couldn’t find anything on website or Facebook that was different. Store was closed, called the number and nothing. Went in to try to support a local business by getting a screen protector installed on my new phone. I specifically asked for a regular screen protector, but they installed a UV-style one that makes your screen turn blue in sunlight. At first I thought it was no big deal and planned to replace it myself with one from Amazon. When my new protector arrived and I removed the one they installed, I realized it was a cheap, flimsy plastic film rather than a proper rigid screen protector. I only needed a battery for my laptop, but Paul was right on it. He also had the battery shipped and installed in 3 days. And I thought the price was very reasonable.
