Do not respond to emails. Their returns page does not work and they sent the wrong size but I can’t return.
Ordered two hats on March 16, 2023...they arrived April 27! (Free shipping...HaHa!) The quality is just absolute shit...sort of what you'd find in a 'gag shop'. Avoid this company like the plague. Chinese sweat- shop-produced. Material and labor probably a couple of dollars. My cost was $38 each and insurance against damage was $1.50. Returns probably a waste of time.
Do not buy a hat from these guys. They say the max wait is 2 weeks for delivery. Well, it has bee 5. The hat come from China. They know this and lie to you. I may never get my product. I will never order from them Its starting to seem like a scam. Also th hat are made in China so guess the quality.
Can't talk to anyone to get info. for a return. Seems like a scam.
No response to my emails or phone calls, I don't recommend doing business with a company that you can;t get a hold to.
