The first time I went into the Danbury store was there to browse the store. They were very friendly to someone just browsing. On my subsequent visits I found them to be very knowledgeable on items I was considering to buy. I priced the items in other locations and found Danbury Hat City Pawn to be the cheapest of all. They are friendly, knowledgeable and PORFESSIONAL. I will always go to them for items I am looking for. Philip
I brought in a valuable watch which was a limited edition and a high priced product and I told the guy I sold one for a pretty good price. They guy tried low balling me. Don't recommend them in Torrington. Alot of the products they have are cheap and junk.

Took the NRA course to get my pistol permit this past Saturday. Andy and Doug are awesome!! I was very nervous and they made the whole process seamless. Would recommend them to everyone, they are professional and fun!
Took the NRA course with 7 others. Our instructor was amazing, he made us all feel comfortable and we enjoyed the class time. I really enjoyed shooting at the range ���what a experience! Thank you Doug for being patient with me.
