I dropped my side-by-side off in September. They called and advised that the motor was blown and it would be covered under warranty. The side by side was purchased through them. It is now the end of December 2025 and I'm still waiting for my side by side to come back and have had no response from them. Multiple messages have been left asking for a return call but have not received anything. I brought my outboard in with carb trouble. They looked at it the same day and called in the afternoon to say it was ready first thing then next morning. They explained the issues clearly and shared some excellent advice for preventing future issues. Kind and helpful people- will definitely return in the future.
