Completely unprofessional. I signed up for an appointment on their website to speak to someone about becoming a client. I was not contacted at the time of my appointment, so I called the main number after 15 minutes. The woman I spoke with had no knowledge of my appointment, fine, unsure if it was with her. She proceeds to ask me what she can help with. I briefly describe what I'm looking for from a tax perspective and she then tells me they are not taking new clients.
