I spent 3k fixing up Diane Hyde's mistakes. She lodged all my BAS invoices incorrectly. It took months to fix her mistakes. On multiple occasions she would forget about an appointment I had booked with her, and not show up, even though I'd blocked full days out to see her. Do not recommend, avoid at all costs.

Diane has been the rosebud in my business that has enabled it to continue and now blossom. Always prompt in replying to my questions, which alleviates much grief, as I navigate the road ahead. I have no hesitation in referring Diane as the go to Accountant for business. Much appreciate your assistance and look forward to continuing our partnership for many years.

I met Diane at her charming office. She was very friendly, organised and professional. She took me through the whole process of tax return with clear and detailed explanations about what's going on. She also pointed out other things that will be beneficial to me. (i.e. how to claim family tax benefit part A, when I need a private health insurance, etc.).
