I'm only going to talk about Kelly Monaghan. I hired him to defend me on two cases (not at the same). First case; He represented me on a second DUI and felt like we could've won or got it dismissed since the officer illegally pulled me over. However, he advise me to not take it to trial because how much I blew/I wouldn't win. I get that, but the cop(had body cam) had no right to pull me over because his reason of stopping kept changing.
