Just went to drop off lunch for the security guard yesterday, and was somewhat appalled. The place looks in pretty bad shape, of course I only saw the driveway leading up to the security shack, but that was more than enough for me to form my opinion. I believe this is City property, but you would not be able to tell that from the conditions it's in. The security guard house is about 3 ft by 8 ft In size, and falling apart.
