I ordered a pair of recliners from the Lovell store. They were a special order but I still received the sale price. A month later I ordered a lift chair but the one I tested was not the one I received. I let them know I wasn’t satisfied with the way it was stuffed. They didn’t have the same color but had another that worked & it was traded out. The recliners arrived right on schedule & are as wonderful as I imagined they’d be.
