Absolutely terrible experience! I purchased a big rice cooker for $310, and after less than a month, it completely stopped working. It doesn't cook rice anymore, and for the short time it worked, it gave constant issues. When we asked the owner about a warranty or guarantee, he just brushed us off saying, "Don't worry, we've been here for 10 years; come to me if anything."
