This bad review is only pertaining for space# 148. RJ Boutique If I can give 0 stars, I would. Will definitely not recommend this two ladies. Lesbia Martinez and Paola Maradiaga are a bunch of thieves. I paid 1200 for a custom made dress from Mexico. The dress in the store was only use as reference not the one I was going to buy. I asked for a 2 piece dress. Bigger bow and sleeves, and sew the bottom of the dress. Harwin Outlet Mall is more like a wholesale shopping center, with many vendors selling merchandise to consumers at wholesale prices in retail quantities. I found lots of great deals in there. The quality of the items is mixed, with most being pretty decent. I have an enjoyable shopping experience at Harwin Outlet Mall.
