Ordered from eBay, receipt shows that it was sent from this store with tracking label available 12/1/2024, but ups never actually took possession of the outfit package. Been trying to get in touch with them through eBay and directly with the store with no response in return
Scam company, ordered a pair of sweatpants from them. shipping took forever and the sweatpants were different from photos, also the tag on the sweatpants wasn't even Galaxy by Harvic but Bastion Trails.... shady af
No response from them or their parent company after they screwed up my order.
This company is DISGRACEFUL! Do not waste your money with them! 2 weeks my order sat in the warehouse that they say is no possible way to check if it's still there. No tracking updates, when I called they even asked how I got this number, can't tell me where my package is, and even went so far to call me in compitetent and this is no less from the manager. If I could give a negative star I would.
This "company" is a nightmare.I bought several pairs of sweatpants from them that were supposed to be heavyweight 15 oz 100% fleece & received lightweight 9 oz 80/20 fleece/cotton blend.They sell to Walmart,Amazon,Belk,Macy's,JC Penney & other large retailers.They give better prices to end users on Groupon then to the big companies mentioned.Beware of their false advertising,when I called they said they don't have a customer service dept.Who wants to buy from a company with no support?Never again for me.
