Rotten fruit, poor customer service We no longer will use Harvey's Groves citrus fruits for ourselves or for gifts to relatives and friends. We received a box of fruit as a Christmas gift and the fruit was rotten. We contacted Harvey's Groves immediately and we were told they would send a replacement. A month later my wife contacted them because our "replacement" never arrived. Their "customer relations" person said it was OUR FAULT, OUR zip code was wrong!
