Harvey Tools are some of the greatest made no question. But why am I paying extra money to a distributor when I am ordering directly from Harvey Tool website and the tools ship from Harvey Tool? This ordering method needs to be addressed and updated to B2B and not a middle man. It's like going to a restaurant to eat, and see a separate charge for a grocery store on the bill. This method doesn't make sense.
The customer service is fantastic. They were very patient with all the questions I had and answered quickly. They also made ordering the T-40 Lathe very simple.
what can i say!!! I was debating buying a bandsaw, and since I had started the process to check out and stopped. within a half hour I received a call from one of the managers. After talking to them I was convinced and purchased the bandsaw. I could not be happier with the saw. all the features drove home how good this purchase was. after a few weeks I saw an add that included free gift for purchase of $1000.00 and a second at $2000. These guys make anything possible - great tools and information - huge selection of easy to find tools with feeds and speed charts. (Now they have an easy to use app!) Great company!
These guys are our first stop for micro endmills. They have so many options that we can almost always find a stock item and have it next day if we need it.
