This firm will do anything to make your life miserable. They even try to make it so you can't pay your payments. I sent them a payment by money order in which they said they never received it. After that it cost me monies to trace money orders with amscot. 30 days later they tell me they found it. As time went on they tell me I didn't pay 20 dollar late fee, and returned my mortgage payment which showed two months late.
