He took my $2500 and didnt do anything he claimed he filed the initial request but I never received a letter from USCIS and I called and they dont have anything. He doesnt respond the phone and when he does he gives excuse after excuse.

My meeting with the lawyer (Harvey) to submit to him my docs for green card application was postponed 3 times because he said he had other important clients (i had paid too); Then at the immigration interviews was notified that the documents were not enough which one would think the lawyer should have caught that. He didnt come to our immigration interview too, didnt give us any tips before the interview either. He charged me too much and didnt deliver.

After paying the total fee including the processing fee check the lawyer are not answering the calls not applying the immigration application. This already happened last year as they took the fee and did not submit the application and said it slipped and again collected fees for another application. Now again after paying both the fees they are neither applying nor returning the calls. How can we get the refund back the hard earned money back?

THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE David Harvey called me ONCE during the time I was his client. ONCE. He never updated me with the application status during the whole process.
