Went today to transfer tag from my old vehicle to my new one. The whole office acted like they hadn't work there more than today. Very unfriendly, acted like my business was a pain to them. The one window became open when only 1 other was working then informed me and another customer she couldn't help either of us. Would give them 10 stars if I could. The staff is very professional and helped me with every service I asked about. Very helpful and efficient work.
A circus - made an appt, said yes to receiving text messages, did not receive a text, went to the courthouse, was told to respond to my text (which I didn't receive). Finally the person yelled to all staff in the room that we had an appt and were there. The next that opened said "next in line", ignoring the "yell". When we went to the window, with all materials that we were told we needed online, she said, "Oh, you are moving in from another state and must travel to Halstead Kansas to the police department for a $20 "VIN ins... read more
