Harvey sold me out, because he cut a deal with the city. He did not exercise method of NEGOTIATION when arguing a fair deal during MEDIATION. However, HARVEY did offer ADVANCEMENT in settlement pay. I was sincerely gratified by this gesture. I guess he knew the city of Toronto wanted to settle. What HARVEY could not stand however was to see me get paid a generous amount with respect to final settlement. (Compairing me to his son) And he unduly frightened me with termination of retainer if I dont settle for the LOW BALL offer... read more
