Terrible business. They never filed a 2nd quarter 941 in 2018 and that took 8hrs of my time to fix. Now I paid them to do the payroll for my business. We closed the business in April, and now they say they don't have any information so they can not do my W-2s. Stay away! You have been warned!!!

Don't let the name fool you, the original (awesome) owner retired. I submitted my documentation 6 weeks before the filing deadline. When I received the link to review my taxes I found that they had missed my estimated payments. I communicated several times but it was never corrected. This resulted in having to file an amended return. After that there was a problem with the state return, and they pointed to the required document and dropped it in my lap. Used to be a customer of CJAXN, who was great. This year they joined with Harvey Caldwell and my experience was terrible. The personalized service was completely gone. After paying over $350 for them to "prepare" my taxes I had to follow up with them as the 4/15 deadline loomed close and I had no communication attempted by them (they had my information for over 2 weeks). Harvey and Caldwell is really a HRBLOCK. READ on to see why they don't exist anymore but name only. Only tax program they will use for 18 is blockworks. Bud is gone. Vickie is gone. Sara is gone. Bud's brother Dave, immigration lawyer ran off to Virgin Islands. Noelle Caldwell last day is today. They have been sending accounting over to India to be done. Most tax returns will be sent out to be completed remotely as past year.
