I have been a member of Harvey Brooker weight loss for men for 3 months and lost over 10lbs. The staff are very supportive and full of knowledge on weight loss. There are support meetings where we weight in, have group discussions on our success or full backs and then they offer guest speakers that give valuable information on how to make your weight loss journey more successful. I highly recommend this program.
Thanks to The weekly meetings, I’m more focussed on how much I’m eating and what I’m eating. Plus, I’m writing down everything that I’m eating and keeping a log of my exercise as well on the weekly sheets, which helps me to stay focused.
