This program is run by people who themselves have found success on the program, the authenticity and perspective is appreciated. The accountability and follow ups to keep on track have been critical for me. Best of all, I don't feel hungry on the program, and overall feel better eating whole, natural grocery store bought foods with helpful easy to prepare recipes provided by other members. Would be great to see this program expand nationally and globally.
