They always have a terrible attitude when coming in. No welcome or Hello, just what do you need.
First and last time visiting this branch. My mistake for thinking all locations were equal. I have been a member for almost two years and what should have been a very quick and easy process (simply needed to get a safety deposit box) was met with incompetence and pure laziness. After speaking to 3 different employees, I still sat and waited for over 20 minutes before leaving without being helped. There was also no one else waiting but me.
