I Always have to wait for service at the window. Tellers are not quick to prioritize their customers first. They are either short handed or working on other tasks besides customers at their window. In fact I’m at the bank now waiting to be helped.
I have been a member for about 13 years! I think they are the most customer friendly credit union in the United States. I live in Indiana but just financed a new GMC pickup through HFCU and Christina Miller did an amazing job of getting it done! Thank you Monte Miller
