The staff and caregivers in Harvest from the second floor are very rude to any vendor or provider that comes in and want to see there patients. They don’t want to help and are saying very rude comments in Spanish. It not professional at all.
My 91 year-old mother has been living at Harvest Senior Care Facility for the past two years. My sisters, my brother and I have dropped in on all occasions to visit mom and she is always clean, dressed and well taken care of. The staff is always accommodating and friendly. They work very hard always mopping , cleaning and attending to the residents. We appreciate all that they do in caring for our mother.
