They are really on the ball here, my first order got list and within an hour they sent me a new order by express priority mail, its the ONLY place I will shop for kratom, the prices are great, excellent quality and I cant say enough about the customer service.THANK YOU HARVEST KRATOM!! Good price, good quality but the last 3 orders haven't shipped same day although I've ordered before 2pm est to qualify for same day shipping. Atleast price hasn't gone up or quality hasn't gone down so that's a positive.
Worst Quality
I have used Kratom for 15 years now and have tried many different vendors with some being very high quality, mid quality and down right terrible quality. I have been using the same vendor now for the past 6 years because they were very consistent, fresh and potent but in the last year their quality started to drop off which was very unfortunate but they obviously changed their supplier of Kratom and technique of grinding.
