A company with true integrity! The customer service I received from Harvest Kratom was absolutely amazing. After my house burned down, UPS couldn’t deliver my order and then even lost track of the package. Nicole from customer service went above and beyond—she was ready to resend my order immediately. Great product, love these babies!
Package was opened when I received it here are the pictures one bag was missing. The other two things I ordered were fine and good quality. I just need to be refunded or replace the $45 missing product. Note: I paid for 2 day delivery and it said it was gonna be sent in five I complained and it was sent within the two day period. Which I’m happy with and after taking the Kratom capsules that I did get very happy. They replaced the missing and more thanks!!!
