As I reflect on the process of joining the Harvest Hill family, I realized how very much at home I felt during the initial interview with Carol. My family and I left knowing this was the right place and proceeded to make a formal application. The process from the beginning to the actual move-in was smooth and easy, thanks to Carol's careful guidance. Since moving in, I have found both staff and residents to be warm and welcoming, confirming that I had made a wise decision. Thank you, Carol! Sarah

Carol Kolenski is a lifesaver. When it looked like options for assisted living for my husband were coming up short, Carol, thanks to her collaborative nature, alerted me to an opening at another facility. Everything has worked out well, and although Harvest Hill was not the appropriate facility in our case, we are happy with how everything has turned out. All thanks to Carol. She cares. Harvest Hill has been the perfect place for my mother for the past 4 years. She is now 100 years old, a birthday that we celebrated with family in one of the facility’s attractive community spaces. She is still independent, but help is always available to her around the clock in case of any emergency. We moved our parents into Harvest Hill in March 2020, one day before the world shut down for the pandemic. They had been at Wheelock Terrace for 18 months prior to that, and I am very glad they made the move. The staff at Harvest Hill is outstanding. Out of 2 assisted living facilities, we have looked at for my mother in law. Harvest Hill stood out as a nice, clean and welcoming place. Carol, head of the sales department, has been attentive and caring. It means the world to us, considering how scary and stressful it is making a decision on the next chapter of life. I think it is the best option around Lebanon NH.
