Would not recommend doing business at this furniture store. My mother ordered an England oval ottoman in October 2025. It’s now January 14, 2026 and no ottoman. Hard to reach them on the phone. When we finally did they said it was on the truck and the truck broke down so it wasn’t delivered to them. Now they say England no longer makes oval ottomans which would seem that they never put the order in back in October. All this time they have had my mom’s money. My mom just wants her money back now!!! No stars.
This is absolutely the company to go to if you want an illegible bill of sale, incorrect tax on the sale, ZERO customer service, extremely long wait (three months) to receive the furniture and damaged furniture received twice. They get furniture from companies with no quality control or timely service. They do not even call you when you request it after delivering damaged furniture. Pathetic so called company with no integrity. BUYERS BEWARE.

Absolutely a five-star! The personnel, service, and prices for brand name furniture are beyond any retailer in the Columbus area that I shopped. It is definitely worth the drive to Waldo!
