The Kimball State Bank - Locally owned?? by whom. I tried to find out who the "Chairman" is that explains on their web-site, "About Us". Well no one wants to say. I did find out that she is local (Atwater), but has virtually no interest, nor community involvement in either Kimball or Atwater. Strickly another lofty high interest banker thats out for their own profit. I hope someone else (US Bank or ??) steps up to the plate and steals their monopoly away.
