Very disappointed in services (not) provided. Made a consult visit. Left the appointment with an understanding that a service would be provided for a prepaid fee. Service was never provided and was told I would not receive a refund as they charge for their consult visits. Seems they need my money more than I do so left it at that.

Friendly fast service, have used them for more than 20 years and never had a problem, IRS contacted me a few years ago with questions, gave the letter to them, they answered and everything was solved. Highly recommend!
