ABSOLUTELY THE WORST! You need to do all your banking in person because their app locks you out of your account on the 2nd incorrect password attempt and then the reset password option does not work.
I have had so many problems with this credit union. Not my favorite banking institution. The website states that this location is open until 5 on Friday (it's now 4:20), but the sign here states 4:00 pm. The internet also says the branch opens on Sat at 8:30 am, but the sign on location says "closed Sat and Sun". Boston is hard enough to get around as it is, but then to get to your location after battling rush- hour traffic and find you were misinformed...
