I recently attempted to get my Honda Snowblower ready for the upcoming storm, I was surprised to see that over the summer, and the poor way that I stored it, the rims on both wheels were showing rot. Now to be totally honest, the machine is 8 years old and it's been stored outside for the past 4 years, so my fault, not Hondas. I brought my son's generator to be tuned up at harvard power equipment mid July 2025 and called Sept 19 and still wasn't ready. They had looked at it I was told but then decided not to contact me and let it sit over 2 month's. Their ability to communicate with customers is clearly lacking and will be telling people to stay clear of them in the future!
We use Harvard Outdoor for all of our Outdoor needs when it comes to yard maintenance at the Housing Authorities. They always have what we need and very helpful with everything! Would recommend anyone looking for s family owned and ran business to check them out next time you're looking for equipment. Also picked up some toys for my Grandson... well maybe for my son too.
