Great service! My Ariens snowblower needed break/fix service. Harvard Outdoor had it picked up, fixed and delivered within 10 days. I thought that was an excellent turnaround during the peak of the winter...
I brought a Wen portable generator in after noticing a fuel leak (don't leave un-stabilized gas in your generator for a year). It took a little over a week to get it back because they were understandably busy with snowblower repairs. The generator works perfectly now, the repair cost was very reasonable, and they returned my generator to me with a full tank of gas. Thanks.
