I purchased 4 air horns via Amazon. Harvard Marine sent me 4 different air horns of a different brand name. ( and different size of the one I ordered ). I as told through Amazon that Harvard Marine said they were made at the same manufacturer and they were the same. The items I received were not even in original packaging. I ordered a switch and paid extra for 2 day expedited shipping. It did not come as promised in two days. Arrival had been delayed up to 5 days. Couldn't wait. Bought a switch locally. Asked for refund. I had to pay for return shipping and a restocking fee. They refunded $64 on my $101 purchase. I lost $40 because of their problem. Totally unfair.
