Your debts that are far beyond 35 years . Illinois Department $107.00 submitted equifax you lied about the debt originally. I filed a complaint with the Missouri attorney general, consumer finance. I cannot be the only one you are doing this too. I bet we have cause for a class action lawsuit. I haven’t gone to Illinois for anything. Your practices are illegal. Christian is the rudest people I have ever met. He would yell and tell me to hang up if I didn't like it. Talked to his boss, explained the issue, and she was a saint. She pointed me in the right direction to talk with the state who was happy to help. Unlike what Christian says because.. Say it with me.. Christian is a bad human.
Owed a city tax, and each month we called to pay on it the balance would rise abruptly to the point the debt was doubled. The original balance miraculously increased each time, they would feign ignorance and claim 32 bucks in interest and penalties caused the balance to increase. They were provided the updated balance by the city the morning we paid yet they insisted it was double. I wish I could give negative stars to this company. I called in good faith to gain information about a corresponders that they sent me. An individual by the name of Lillian started out with what seemed to be an attitude, she kept attemptng to over talk me and as soon as I asked her if I could get a validation letter? She informed me that "if I didn't pay this before January it would be sent to the credit bureaus" then the call got quiet, she hung up.
